Request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete your personal data held in the F-Kadiri Solution (web and mobile), in line with applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy. “Deletion” means we will delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal information on our systems where we are not required or permitted to keep it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons (for example statutory retention for valuation or tax records).

If you use F-Kadiri through an employer or client

Your organisation’s administrators control accounts and may hold copies of reports and field data for their own purposes. Start with your organisation’s F-Kadiri or IT contact so they can deactivate your account and align on what should be removed from shared workspaces. You may still email us directly using the address below so we can process your request on systems we operate.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. Send an email to info@fayvad.com from an address you use with F-Kadiri if possible, with the subject line F-Kadiri data deletion request.
  2. Include your registered email or username, and your organisation name if you have an organisational account, so we can locate your data. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before processing the request.
  3. We aim to respond and complete deletion within 30 days where feasible. Complex or disputed requests may take longer; we will explain any delay.

Data on your phone

Uninstalling the F-Kadiri mobile app or clearing app storage from your device removes local copies on that device. That does not remove data already stored on our servers; use the email process above for server-side deletion.
